A man who has been living primitively since the age of 17, moved out of his Suburban home into the woods to live in a Native American-style teepee. Clad in buckskin, probably not at this talk though, and hardly uses any material means. He has been spending many years of his life diligently acquiring over 1,000 acres of land to create his dream, Turtle Island Preserve. Turtle Island Preserve is a camp that he uses to accomplish his life goal of making everyone in the world (!!!) aware of environmental issues and living closer to the natural world. He has also traveled and has had many crazy experiences such as hiking the Appalachian Trail in record time wearing only a bandana to cover his parts (Adam and Eve style), horse back riding cross country (again in record time), and paddling around Alaska. So, obviously, he has some amazing tales. A powerful man with uncompromising ideals.
